As we come to the end of the year, I want to take a moment to wish everyone a very happy festive season and all the best for the year ahead.

This has been a really positive year, made possible by the care, dedication and compassion shown every day by our homes teams. Supporting children and young people sits at the heart of everything we do, and throughout the year our teams have worked tirelessly to create safe, nurturing and supportive homes where young people feel valued, listened to and cared for.

Because of this commitment, we end the year on a real high. There is so much to be proud of the progress made by children and young people, to the kindness, and the difference you make in lives each and every day.

I would also like to extend my warmest wishes to the children, young people and staff within our therapeutic care. I hope this festive period brings moments of comfort, connection and rest, in ways that feel meaningful to you.

As we look ahead, there is a real sense of excitement about the year to come. We have some great plans in place, and are looking forward to building on what we have achieved together.
