Our inhouse training has been developed with continuous professional development in mind. Practitioners receive CPD accredited training designed in house to meet the needs of practitioners looking after children, young people.

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful and supportive working environment for our employees. We recognise that harassment, including sexual harassment, can come from third parties such as visitors, family members, contractors, professionals and other individuals encountered through our work. We take such concerns seriously and expect everyone who interacts with our employees to treat them with dignity and respect. Any reported incidents will be considered and addressed appropriately, taking into account the circumstances, the safety and wellbeing of those involved, and our safeguarding responsibilities towards the young people in our care. We will take reasonable steps to prevent harassment, support employees who raise concerns and take appropriate action to reduce the risk of further incidents.
